This Software is a decision-support tool and does not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice. You acknowledge that trading involves significant risk and that you are solely responsible for your capital.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & PRIVATE LICENSE All algorithms, code, logic, and visual designs are the exclusive property of [Smart Money Club]. Upon purchase, you are granted a single, non-transferable, private license.

While our MZ Discovery Protocol and SMC Suite are engineered for high precision, we do not guarantee future profits or specific market results. Past performance, including the developer's historical results (e.g., $150K in 1 trade), is not indicative of future performance.
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY In no event shall [Your Brand Name] or its developers be liable for any financial losses, damages, or account liquidations resulting from the use of our tools. You trade at your own risk.
